All our team are fully employed, come time served and carrying CISRS cards as an absolute minimum, and we assign people to builds according to their level of experience and qualifications; that means you always get a team who can offer you practical experience based advice.

Every project has a senior staff member assigned to it as a site supervisor. Bringing a truly extensive experience of scaffolding to each project they stay on site to ensure the team work to their full ability, and also placing a heavy focus on safety; from erection, through usage and dismantling you will be able to find them constantly available to advise and recommend the safest approach to any given question.

Safety is further enhanced by our dedicated Group Safety Manager and our independent safety consultants; both make regular visits to sites making sure the site supervisor is well in control and that safety risks are being effectively managed and regulations fully complied with.

We know you can’t expect much from a team without giving them something back and we make an ongoing investment in CSCS and health and safety training to improve their level of qualification and experience, the opportunity to work on some really big and challenging jobs, and a regular opportunity to travel to Europe and experience working in very different environments, as a result we enjoy a very low turnover of labour.
